HCF Contract Furniture understand the importance of the smooth running of every project from conception to completion. Our in-house team will ensure that you are supported consistently and with easy communication channels.
In conjunction with the design/space planning process and the furniture specification and costing process, we will provide you with a project programme, highlighting key dates and detailing each step of your project installation.

Depending on the size of the order and delivery location, deliveries will be either with our own vehicles or a haulage/carrier partner. For small orders, depending on location delivery will usually be sent on a pallet or sometimes a courier company.
For all deliveries, customers are responsible for the off loading of goods from the vehicle
Delivery and Installation for the Lifetime range
For simple and easy installation, all our booths and fixed banquette seating is sent out fully assembled.
With our rubber floor grips and easy unit linking system, most times the seating will only need positioning. If needed, they can easily be screwed to the floor by lifting the storage seat, which gives great access for fixing, saving on installation time and costs. We will be producing videos with all instructions.
We can offer various delivery options to suit both you and your customer. Including dropshipping, dedicated van delivery and pallet delivery. A full installation service is also available.
Third Party Pallet Deliveries
Deliveries are carried out by a third party courier, i.e. Kings Transport Couriers, who will only deliver to the kerbside. The driver may expect some assistance to unload the pallet(s).
All goods are secured onto a pallet(s) and then pallet wrapped to protect. It is the customers responsibility to dispose of any pallet(s).
Please Note - Deliveries are scheduled on an all-day slot between 08.00 - 18.00hrs. If you require an “AM” slot please let us know ASAP so this can be pre-arranged with the carriers. Please note this will incur an additional £24.00 surcharge.
The drivers are not insured to carry goods onto/into your premises.
It is important to make sure that the lorry will fit down your road BEFORE you request a delivery. The smallest lorries used are 7.5 tons.
Please advise us ASAP if there are any parking restrictions etc that will help the carriers with their delivery.
Tables & Bases
Any tables will be pre-drilled (pilot hole’ d) ready for fixing to the base. Bases will be delivered flat packed. Instructions will be included, we also have a photo instructions on our website under “guides” http://www.hcfcontractfurniture.co.uk/guides-273-c.asp
When the goods have been delivered they must be inspected and signed for. If any damage to the furniture has occurred it must be stated on the drivers consignment note, as then and only then can a claim be made against the courier.
Please ensure the items you purchase fit into your home/work place, through your main door, and through all internal doors, staircases and turns to their destination point.
If you have arranged for us to deliver in our own vehicles, we will not remove doors or windows in order for delivery access. Nor will we deliver to the room of choice if in the opinion of the delivery team, it is not possible to do so without risk of damage to the property or the item being delivered, or if it puts the delivery team at risk or likely to contravene Health and Safety Legislation.
